We take our Can-Am Maverick X3 Max and X3 XRC on the Barracks trail near Coral Pink sand dunes in southern Utah. This is BLM trail 20 on the Kanab area BLM map. This is called Elephant Gap and Harris Mountain on ONX Offroad Maps. This is a fun trail with fast sandy bits, and slow river crossings and a little rock crawling. Near the end close to Mt Carmel Junction there is a hand carved tunnel through the mountains which is fun to explore. I would recommend bringing a flashlight. =============================================================
